I am from Detroit. I would like to tell you my experience after doing forgiving exercise.

My daughter and I were returning to U.S.A from Visakhapatnam. We had to travel to Bangalore. We took Jet Blue Airlines. We had to go to Detroit from Bangalore with change over in Frankfurt.

In Visakhapatnam Airport, the concerned Jet lite staff told me I have to pay Rs 8000 as baggage fees. I told them that we have to travel by International flight later in the night. So I asked them to check my International Tickets while calculating the baggage fees. They didn’t listen to me.

I also told them that while travelling from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam I paid only Rs 2000 baggage fees. In Bangalore Airport, the staff was very helpful. When I showed International Tickets they contacted their higher official and calculated the baggage fees accordingly and asked me to pay Rs 2000 only.

I requested The Jet lite staff in Visakhapatnam to contact higher officials and help me regarding this problem. They refused any help and told me their decision is final. I was very upset with Jet Lite staff (2 people) and I paid the amount and checked all baggage.

Then we went to security check and then we were waiting for the flight. I felt sorry for my behaviour of getting angry on Jet lite staff. I started doing forgiving exercise for both the Jet lite staff. I continued doing this till we reached Bangalore.

In Bangalore, while waiting for International security check I was again doing forgiving exercise.  I also prayed to the Animal Spirit Guide WOLF to help me during this travel and see that everything goes smoothly.

When Lufthansa staff started checking in baggage, I went to the counter to show tickets, Passports etc. The Lufthansa staff member who saw my tickets and checked my details on the computer told me that they are giving an offer to some passengers to travel in Business class till Frankfurt by paying some amount.

She also told my baggage will be tagged with branded Priority bag tags. She told that when I arrive at my destination those bags will be the first ones delivered to the baggage claim area. I was stunned seeing this offer. Suddenly everything which happened since the evening flashed in my mind.

I thanked the Lufthansa staff member and paid the required amount. Later, I also thanked the Jet Lite staff members (mentally) with whom I was angry in the evening.

My daughter and I travelled in Business class till Frankfurt. It was a nice experience. That day’s events are the most memorable for us.

Rude boss becomes Appreciating boss

Sometimes things seem to get worse before it gets better. But in getting worse the situation tests us and strengthens us in ways we cannot imagine or know.

• All we need to learn is to sit still and watch our mind as the fluid situation morphs, and shifts.
• We learn to see our fear, guilt, and our negative tendencies.
• We learn to be watchful, not restful. We understand that growth, life, is characterized by changes.
• Situations morph rapidly. We realize that there is really no beginning or end, it is our mind that creates the illusion.

We learned these from our own experience detailed below:

One man, thirty machines and endless working hours

Last year, we contacted Naran when my husband was going through lot of challenges at work. He had been in the new job for two years and doing very well.

Then, the supervisor began adding new machines to the lab. It was one man and 15 machines to begin with. It was manageable.

Each machine was specialized and the chemicals cost a lot of money. If experiments failed, it would be difficult to make up for the loss of valuable samples and the wastage of time and money. It was challenging to finish jobs that were lined up on all of the machines.

The lab ended up with 30 machines and one man. Working continuously made my husband tired and unable to think. And he began to work on weekends too. To make the situation worse, his supervisor began to shout at him.

My husband was threatened that he will be fired

In May last year, the Director called my husband and threatened to remove him. No reasons were given and he was shouted at him for 30 minutes.

My husband was shaken and could not understand what had happened. Naran asked us to chant “I AM A BEING OF VIOLET FIRE. I AM PURITY OF GOD DESIRES.”

Naran also asked us to chant and write— “OM GAM GANAPATHAYE NAMAHA”.

We have continued to do it every day from then on.

The director apologized

Within a week of this chanting, the Director came and apologized to my husband for his outburst. He told my husband that he hope that my husband would not quit because of the outburst.

We were surprised and grateful at the turn of events. We continued to write the Ganesh mantra and be relaxed.

Surprise became Shock

In June, my husband was called again and the Director said he would put him on probation for the job. This really disturbed my husband and he couldn’t sleep or eat.

Naran advised us to write (the Bach Flower Remedies) – “ELM, WATER VIOLET, HOLLY, VINE, HORNBEAM” in a piece of paper and keep it in my husband’s pocket and do the same in another paper and keep it under the pillow. And Naran asked me to chant (Bach Flower Remedies) “RED CHESTNUT, VINE”.

And to improve the working atmosphere, Naran advised my husband to chant the switch words, “LOVE, THANK, TOGETHER DIVINE”. My husband began to juggle these new responsibilities. His job was reduced to 75% time from 100%. However, he had to work for 100% of the time.

Now comes a big surprise

Six months later, we had a surprise when the administrators asked people to submit their job descriptions and responsibilities for comparing it with what people were getting paid for across the nation.  My husband’s position was also called for reclassification.  Naran asked us to chant: “GENTIAN, LARCH, THANK, TOGETHER DIVINE ORDER COUNT NOW DONE”.

Back to square one – problems started again

On December 10^th, we returned to the same critical situation when, my husband’s Director called him and made him sign a memorandum saying he would fix all machines within December 20^th. My husband had been working with the companies for months and nothing had been resolved. The Director was aware of all this.

Naran advised us to download a picture of MUSTARD (Bach flower) and PINK TOURMALINE (gem remedy) and paste both on the name of my husband. And also chant the switch words “TOGETHER CHANGE NOW”.

Everything went smoothly like a whistle

Thanks to these divine interventions, the deadline passed off smoothly without an incident.

But the biggest challenge was negotiating the annual review that was due at the end of the month.  The annual review would determine if he would stay or go. In the current economic market, it was very hard to land another job. Living in the US without citizenship meant that we had to show continuous employment status. We continued to chant TOGETHER CHANGE NOW and write the Ganapathi mantra daily.

Annual review came on the right time

The annual review was postponed to January. It so happened that Divine took care of everything so beautifully. On Thursday, his immediate supervisor completed my husband’s annual review and gave him glowing references. They also discussed about my husband getting more help in the lab, and reinstating his job to 100% from 75% that he is currently on.

Three days later, the Director who was shouting at him all the time, said that there was no need for another review and he had nothing to add or change to the review already performed, and he agreed with everything. Everyone who knows the Director says this is nothing short of a miracle!

 The director accepted his failings openly

Last week, the Director called my husband privately and told him that his personality was that of a person who magnified the negative. From his interactions with my husband he is realizing that he had to appreciate everything positive and not pay so much importance to the negative.

My husband said he politely thanked him and left, but inside he was shouting ‘Together Divine’ in a deafening crescendo. He felt so happy that he didn’t have to say a word for this change to come over! The flowers, gems, the switch words are so beautiful and so powerful!

We successfully sailed through the stressful phase

We are grateful for the divine to have helped us through this difficult and stressful phase. The chants helped us stay focused and positive and not panic. We found time daily to chant ‘Together Divine’ and write ‘Om Gam Ganapathayae Namaha.’

 Lessons learned

• We understand and are grateful that our future unfolds in small clear steps.
• We have the opportunity to be watchful, present and steer the direction of our life.
• Naran taught us patiently and gently to keep our mind open to the gifts that every situation brings in and not carry our old patterns with us.

We are continuing to learn.

Release the enemy within

Whenever I find any overwhelming emotions in the form of anger or hurt, I find saying the switch words, “TOGETHER BOW CONCEDE ADJUST FORGIVE PRAISE THANKS” very useful.  If I simply look at the feeling and say those words, the emotions simply vanish away.

Look at the emotions and say, “I release that part of my mind that is angry. I activate that part of mind that forgives”.

Another example is, “I release that part of me that vomits. I activate that part of mind that stops vomiting”.

I find this technique very useful not only to release my anger, but to do anything that I find difficult to do, say sleeping early.

I said for a few times, “I release that part, which is resisting to sleep now.  I activate the part that brings in deep sleep”.

I was able to sleep well and early.

Naran

You can also do like this, with whomever you are having problems. For example, “I release the part which is resisting to be harmonious with. I activate the part that brings in harmony, peace and love with so and so”.

This way you can do for any aspect of life. The reason it works is, we have several parts operating– each part taking us in a different direction. The moment we become aware of it, the healing happens faster.

After employing the technique for a while, one thing I notice however is a sense of fear.

When one skin (emotion) is peeled off, another skin (another emotion) appears. Affirm, “I align the fearing mind with my fearless part”.

I developed slight cold. The chill weather, I guess is the reason. Of course, this didn’t stop me from taking a heavy Punjabi Breakfast.

On normal circumstances, I would have done Linga Mudra. As I had a heavy breakfast, I wanted to do Acceptance Mudra and then Mathangi Mudra, for 20 minutes each.

What is the alternative way?

From yesterday’s class – MIND, BODY and LIFE DEMYSTIFIED, I picked up one tip – when one organ has problem (Lungs), we need to address the organ (Kidney and Urinary Bladder) – its solution finder, as per the triangle theory.  Then the problem will be solved automatically.

The Tao mantra for Kidney and Urinary Bladder is ‘KA CHONG FAI YONG” (FAI is pronounced as five). The moment I realized the problem, the cold stopped. Of course, I chanted the mantra so as to tone up the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder.

If the problem persists, in addition, chant the Tao Mantras for Lungs and Large Intestine (Effect) as well as for the organs – Heart and Small Intestine (Cause).

To stop the divorce case, my husband has filed against me I am chanting WOLF HELP TOGETHER HALF WAY DONE.

I stay in Chennai and had filed a plea in court to bring my hubby back. Those court dates are on and I have to go to Madurai once a month. Husband in turn filed for divorce in Chennai and I had to attend two dates here. Since it is not possible for me to keep going to 2 courts, I filed for a request in high court to transfer divorce case to Madurai. I just got a call from advocate that our case has been put up on board and he will inform me the status by afternoon.

Is there anything that I can do, so that the divorce case gets dismissed on its own? The lawyer says it is possible bcoz hubby’s lawyer has not been appearing in court on dates given. Lawyer asked me to pray to the judge to dismiss the case, but there are just 1-2% chances that it may happen with my verbal plea.

Please pray sir that some miracle happens and the judge dismisses my husband’s petition.

I kept chanting the below mentioned switch words yesterday, so that I come out of the court case fast.

By afternoon I got a call that my application for transfer of his divorce plea to Madurai is rejected. I will have to contest the case from Chennai only. Since I don’t know any good lawyer here and I was relying on my Madurai lawyer, I think I have lost the case.

Husband is acting very shrewd and cunning, and neither in touch with me nor with my daughter. I and child are using the chants continuously for restoring the relationship but it’s not working.

I’m very tired now and drained out emotionally, financially, physically. Don’t have the energy to fight it out.

Please advise if I should agree for a divorce on mutual consent and set him free forever. I still love him a lot and will miss him throughout my life. Even my daughter will have to lead a fatherless life forever. But that seems to be the best option now! I am totally confused.

I am waiting for your divine guidance. I have a court date on 3rd July. I will take steps based on your guidance.

A father or husband should fulfill the role totally. If that is not there, being with him will be more painful. When a person fails as a father, what is the use of his being physically present there in the family?

It is the fear of being alone which is haunting you. Even when he is not there, can’t you love him?

“I love him so much therefore he should be with me. If he is not there, I cannot love him.” Overcome this attitude and pray for his well-being wherever he is. Then chant what I gave.

Healing is for the mind.

The suffering is in the mind. Healing is to overcome that. We are entitled to expect what we want. But we can accept what is offered by god, if we think that everything that happens is given by god.

I agree with your viewpoints totally. In spite of all his wrong doings, in spite of his absence from my life, I still love him a lot. That’s the reason I have been patiently waiting and pursuing him to come back to us and I am willing to live life on his terms.

I just need to understand from you and ask you about what you can see for my future. I know you have DIVINE POWERS. I read your blogs how you sometimes honestly tell people not to pursue a particular relationship.

In my case, you have not said that so far. That means you are still seeing some positive hopes of my relation working out with husband? Do you feel that we will come back together again?

Based on your divine guidance, I wish to take future decisions of my life i.e. whether to patch up with him or break up (as per his desire).

Please guide me. Your advice is very valuable to me.

Agree with you. Do you feel that the divine wants me to separate from him?

If I know that, then I need not fight the case and waste time, money and efforts. I can simply accept his proposal for DIVORCE BY MUTUAL CONSENT and set him free.

What do you suggest? I have a court date in Madurai tomorrow. These court cases are draining my time, money and energy and the child is getting neglected too.

I just came back from Madurai court. I did exactly what you told me and today for the first time, the visit to the court was not depressing at all.

I have filed for a huge amount as maintenance, not with the intention of extracting money from him, but just so that he may decide to come back home instead of giving me that big amount.

I kept thanking all involved and accepted the decision that came to my mind in silence. I have decided that I will contest the case as long as I have patience, at least 6 months to a year. After that, if I get fed up then I will agree for mutual consent divorce.

If the divine wishes, he too may change his mind by then and decide to come back to me. And then we can be a happy family again.

One More…Miracle

We were looking out for another house for rent as previous owner asked us to vacate. Since the builder is not paying any rent to us, we are shelling out the rent from our pocket.  So did not want to go through the broker, as we wanted to avoid the brokerage.

My friend Dilli called me. He was returning my call about me enquiring about the accident he had recently.

I asked him for the details. He said he had a bone cracked in the right ankle. Immediately, I remembered a case history of one of Naran’s students: http://healbymindbodymessages.wordpress.com/2009/05/08/reversing-the-decision-to-marry/.

 So, I asked Dilli whether he had taken some major decision recently. He said yes. He was planning to sell the house he owns now and buy a new one that is closer to his in-laws place.

I requested him to reverse the decision. He remarked that the day after he took the decision to buy the new house, he met with this accident. Therefore, he had already postponed buying the new house.

I replied that because he had reversed his decision, even though it was forced by his body, he is sure to reap some good benefits in the near future. He remarked in an amusing fashion that his body has already done some good thing. Within a week after the accident, he found out the government is planning to make a highway closer to the house he owns currently. It means that the value of the house is sure to go up.

 With my great enthusiasm to prove to him that Balakumar’s theories are great and profound , as my friend always questions such thoughts and alternate healing systems, I promised him that he will be getting some more benefits as he has listened to his body totally. Probably I told him that he will be approached by his fellow union members to become the next secretary of the union. If it happens within next six months, I told him that he has to give me a treat. Otherwise, I will give him and his family one.

He said he will give me a treat immediately, as he has already been asked to stand for the election which is coming soon after!!!

I was dumb-founded. For a person, even though he doesn’t believe in alternate therapies, when he follows the rules (of the body), things happen to him, in fact more than one could expect in a given situation.

I am not arrogant to say so that I follow the theories. I am just happy that this proves not only what Naran was speaking about all these days, but also that if we are a good student of our bodies, then our decisions will be right and our life will be smooth by all means.
