Need your kind help, My husband is working abroad for last 6 years,this year for no valid reasons company management has demoted him, reduced his salary to half…. he doesn’t want to work there in such conditions,however in India, he isn’t getting good job … we want that company should compensate us for this harassment, we want to approach court , please advice how can we have maximum compensation (which we deserve).
